In the injection molding production process, the product testing laboratory is responsible for important tasks such as first-article approval, in-process sampling, finished product inspection, and anomaly analysis. Through standardized testing procedures, we are able to promptly identify dimensional deviations, cosmetic defects, assembly issues, and process fluctuations, and work with the production, tooling, and quality departments to make rapid adjustments, thereby enhancing product stability and delivery reliability.
